The venue is fairly clean and spacious with exceptional and welcoming staff members. Excellent value for money, you might want to try it. The location is marvellous, in Scarborough library. Plus, this hotel is very close to the amazing ruins of the castle, open air theatre and the Rail Station and Town Centre.

The staff were all really friendly and amazingly nice and provided excellent service. The location was good and perfect, short walk to buses and very close to the train station, and the view was pleasant. Besides, the hotel was at a medium distance from Edinburgh Castle. Had warm drinks in the downstairs bar.

The location is magnificent and unbeatable, adjacent to train / bus station, Close to town centre, and public transport - couldn't be better. Everything was excellent value for money, had a pleasant stay for 2 nights. The staff was amazingly nice, the breakfast was astonishing, everything was perfect. The room we booked was good-sized and stocked with a comfortable interior. The setting was marvellous, just off 10 minute walk down hill to seafront, and station and bus stops. Wood End Museum was also a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. We visited the downstairs bar and truly enjoyed the warm drinks.

My standard twin room with the walls half painted the bed sheets, air conditioning, as for instance was airy. The staff were active and flexible all of the time. The service was exceptional during my stay. The hotel had a perfect and magnificent location very close to the railway station. I was surprised at nearby Koda Coffee, they had some goodies, drinks.
